Lisburn BMX Club 2026 renewal Membership application

Applications are currently open to members who held a 2025 Lisburn BMX Club membership. New members and additional family members will be accepted from February 2026.

Club membership runs from 1 January to 31 December 2026 (inclusive).

Only one application per family is required. At this stage, we are accepting renewal applications only, and these must be submitted using the same membership category as your 2025 membership.

If you wish to add additional family members, this can be done later in 2026 after your renewal has been completed.

Most details will be carried over from your 2025 membership record. However, the information listed below will require reverification.

 

 

2026 Lisburn BMX Club Membership options

Due to limited track access in December, we have decided to keep our fees the same as in 2025.

We still believe that the structure outlined below represents excellent value for money. Your club fees include access to all open sessions.

 

Our Family membership fees is based on Children and parents/ guardians over 18 years old, who are from the same immediate family.

IE: two children or one adult and a child would be a Family of 2 membership

  • Single Membership: £130.00
  • Family of 2 £180.00
  • Family of 3 £230.00
  • Family of 4 £280.00
  • Family of 5 £280.00

 

Membership needs to be paid in full if your using the track by 31.01.26, the club has always accommodated members whom need  financial assistance with their fees. Split payments would be over January & February unless arrangements are in place.

2026 Membership & Track Use

Licence Requirement

All members must hold a valid 2026 Cycling Ireland licence before renewing membership. Without a licence, riders are not insured and cannot use the track. It is the rider’s or parent’s responsibility to ensure the correct licence is held.

Reverification

ICE Details: Please re-add your ICE (In Case of Emergency) information.

Medical Update: Complete all relevant medical information including:

  • Allergies (e.g., peanuts, plasters)
  • Medications
  • Medical conditions (e.g., asthma/inhalers, disabilities, neurodivergent conditions such as ADHD, Autism, Dyspraxia, Dyslexia)
  • If none apply, enter N/A

This ensures your safety and helps the club provide the best support. Coaches are available to assist. If any rider or address details have changed, please add them in the comments section.

Track Access

Members may use the Lisburn BMX facility during official open track sessions. Booking is via the members’ portal, on a first-come, first-served basis.

Induction Session

New riders must attend a Sunday induction session before riding the track to ensure they understand track safety and rules. This is only for riders who have not previously ridden the track.

AGM Voting

Voting rights at the AGM are reserved for members aged 18 or over at the time of the AGM.

Additional Charges

  • Fill out our photo consent form for all members listed on the application. This consent may be withdrawn at any time in accordance with GDPR and data protection legislation. The club will also seek specific, informed consent for photography or media use at individual sessions or events where required(see our Privacy Policy).

Applications are reviewed within 10 working days. Pending approval, payment instructions will be emailed. Lisburn BMX Club reserves the right to refuse or revoke membership, decline renewals, and deny transfer requests.

    Please detail any underlying, recurring or present ailment or medical condition, however minor it may appear.
