Membership Options
We believe the membership structure outlined below offers excellent value for money. All club fees include access to every open session.
Our Family Membership is designed for children and parents or guardians aged 18 and over who are part of the same immediate family.
For example, a Family of 2 membership could include:
- Two children, or
- One adult and one child
- Single Membership: £130.00
- Family of 2 £180.00
- Family of 3 £230.00
- Family of 4 £280.00
- Family of 5 £280.00
- Single additional add-on to a membership £50.00
Payment & Financial Support
The club has always supported members who require financial assistance with their fees. Payment plans are available, with instalments typically spread across January and February, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed.

Membership & Licence Requirements
All members must have renewed their 2026 licence before applying to renew their 2026 membership.
All applicants listed on the membership form must hold a valid and appropriate 2026 Cycling Ireland licence, affiliated with Lisburn BMX Club or another applicable UCI recognised federation.
Without a valid licence, riders are not insured and are not permitted to use the track. It is the responsibility of the rider, or their parent/guardian, to ensure the correct licence is obtained and remains valid.

Club Access & Booking
Lisburn BMX Club members are entitled to use club facilities during official general opening times ( track sessions).
Sessions must be booked via the members’ booking portal. Please note that places are not guaranteed and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
There may be additional chargers for club training and special guest coaching sessions.
Voting rights at the AGM are reserved for fully paid members aged 18 or over at the time of the meeting.
If you are already a member of another Cycling Ireland or UCI-affiliated club, you may use the facility on a Pay As You Go (PAYG) basis.
New Riders & Induction
If you have not ridden the track before, you will be required to attend an induction session to ensure you have a full understanding of track use and safety. These session’s are free of charge and can be booked here
These sessions take place on Sunday mornings and are specifically aimed at new riders who have not previously used the track.
We encourage all new members who have not taken part in the Intro2BMX programme to complete an induction session prior to riding.
Additional Charges & Information
Additional charges may apply for races, training sessions, and specialised coaching.

ICE (In Case of Emergency) Details
All applicants are required to provide up-to-date emergency contact (ICE) details as part of the membership application.
Medical Information
Members must carefully complete the medical information section of the application form, providing all relevant details. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Allergies (e.g. peanuts, adhesives/plasters)
- Medications currently being taken
- Medical conditions (e.g. asthma, including inhaler use)
- Disabilities
- Neurodivergent conditions (including ADHD, Autism, Dyspraxia, Dyslexia)
If none apply, please enter N/A.
This information helps the club safeguard all members and respond appropriately in the event of a medical issue.

As a club, we are here to support all members. Our coaches are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and positive environment. The more information we have, the better experience we can offer riders and their families.

These terms must be accepted in order for your application to be processed.
Application Process
Once your application has been submitted, it will be reviewed within 5 working days. If approved, you will receive further instructions via the email address provided.
We look forward to welcoming you as a member for the 2026 season.
Lisburn BMX Club reserves the right to refuse or revoke membership, and to decline renewals or transfer requests where necessary.
