Lisburn BMX Club 2025 renewal Membership application
PLEASE READ THE BELOW FULLY BEFORE YOU FILL THE APPLICATION OUT
Applications are open to those whom have held a 2024 membership, new and additional family members will be welcomed in 2025 from 01.02.25
Club Membership is from January 1St 2025 > 31St of December 2025 inclusive.
One application per family membership is fine, there is no need to fill in multiples, currently we are accepting renewal applications only at the moment in the format of your 2024 membership category.
IE if you had a single membership please renew on this , if you wish to add members to your renewal this can be done in 2025 but please renew first.
All details will be copied from your 2024 Lisburn BMX Club membership details apart from the required below as it requires reverification.
2025 Lisburn BMX Club Membership options
Unfortunately like all things our core costs are rising and unfortunately we have had to take the decision to increase our fees.
we still feel the below structure still represents excellent value for money , your club fees include all open session.
Our Family membership fees is based on Children and parents/ guardians over 18 years old, who are from the same immediate family.
IE: two children or one adult and a child would be a Family of 2 membership
- Single Membership: £130.00
- Family of 2 £180.00
- Family of 3 £230.00
- Family of 4 £280.00
- Family of 5 £280.00
Membership needs to be paid in full if your using the track by 31.01.25, the club has always accommodated members whom need financial assistance with their fees. Split payments would be over January & February unless arrangementsare in place.

All arrangements will be treated strictly confidential.
All members must have renewed their 2025 licence before they apply to renew their 2025 membership.
Lisburn BMX Club members are entitled to use Lisburn BMX facility during official General opening times (open track sessions), AGM voting rights are for members over the age of 18 at the time of the AGM.
You book via the members booking portal slots are not guaranteed and are on a first come basis.
There may be additional charges for races, training sessions and specific coaching sessions. Please check our website ( www.lisburnbmxclub.com) or facebook for details of our opening hours and special events.
All Applicants on the membership form must have the appropriate and valid 2025 Cycling Ireland Licence and affiliated to Lisburn BMX Club or another UCI federation applicable licence.

Without a licence you are not insured and therefore cannot ride the track. It is the riders / parents responsibility to have the appropriate Cycling Ireland licence or UCI federation applicable licence.

If you have not ridden the track before you will be required to take part in an induction Session so that we can be sure that you have a complete understanding of the track.
These sessions are on a Sunday morning and are aimed at new riders to the track, not riders who have visited before.
If you are already a member of another Cycling Ireland or UCI federation Club you can use the facility by Paying as You Go (PAYG).

Medical update:
we require you to carefully fill out the medical information section will all relevant details the club requires, including but not limited to allergies, medications that you may be on and conditions.
This is to safeguard you as a member so that the club is aware in case a medical issue rises.
Examples may include
- the use of inhalers for asthma,
- peanuts or adhesive (plasters) allergies,
- Disabilities
- neuro divergent Conditions , Including ADHD, Autism, Dyspraxia, and Dyslexia
- if none are applicable please enter N/A
As a club we are here to assist all members , coaches are here to help and the more information we are aware of the better experience we can offer the riders and parents.
If any of the rider’s details or main address has changed please add these to the comments section.
Once this form is submitted the details and licence will be checked and details for payment sent to the email provided
Terms & Conditions acceptance
By submitting your application you are agreeing to abide by Lisburn BMX Clubs policies, Facility & Member Code of Conduct , BMX Ireland Rules and Regulations (APPENDIX 1), the Cycling Ireland Code of Conduct (APPENDIX 2) and CI Code of Practice and Safeguarding Procedures for Young and Vulnerable Cyclists (APPENDIX 3), Code of ethics , you are also providing Lisburn BMX Club with Photo consent for all members listed on the application , please see our Privacy policy.
These terms must be accepted in order for your application to be processed.
Once your application is submitted it will be reviewed within 5working days. Pending approval you will receive instructions to the email provided. We look forward to welcoming you back as a member in 2025
Lisburn BMX Club reserves the right to refuse or Revoke membership, decline renewals & transfer requests.
